After Ian totaled 358,000 cars, we built the Vault.

This short film shows how the FloodVault is made and why it behaves differently from a car cover. Every seam is RF or heat-welded rather than stitched, so there is no needle hole for water to travel through. The body is a 444 lb tensile PVC-coated woven polyester. A water-resistant continuous zipper closes the envelope, and a sealed port lets you draw the air down or run a battery tender without breaking the seal.
