Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacements:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacement Process:

  • To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team via our Contact page with your order number and details about the product you would like to replace.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the original item, and we will process your replacement order as soon as the returned item is received.

Shipping Costs for Replacements:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the original item. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
